hey, thanks for these additions! the database migrations, seeding, and health checks look really good.

one thing: the GitHub Actions CI didn't trigger for this PR. we just merged some fixes to main that should resolve this. could you run git fetch origin && git rebase origin/main and force push? that should trigger the CI tests.

once the CI passes, i'll give this a final look and merge it in!
